1) I don't like it. It's not a great space to play basketball. I have two teenage kids and a son who loves to play basketball. It is unusable in this hot weather. There is no protection, no shade and no drinking water. To me and my children, it looks like a useless piece of property. The tot area looks bad. Only a couple of children at one time can be in there-- it's so confining--the children will be on top of one another, when they're not that mobile to begin with at that stage.
2) The little bit I know about the Alternate Plan seems more realistic, more in touch with the neighborhood. It looked nicer, extending all the way down to the water. I'm a beach fanatic and anything to do with water and being able to have access would be a 100% better for me.
