2) I think it's great to bring a whole new group of people into the area.
3) The alternate plan is what I heard of, I thought it was the original plan (Queens West plan), so now you've caught me off guard.
4) I think building is great, but low buildings so it doesn't ruin the view for everyone else here who has been living here a long time. I'd like to see some stores, shops, a nice park and restaurants.
