1) I know a little bit. It's a scaled-down plan, there would be more ventilation and lower buildings.
2) The park is great, but we're going to lose so much of the view and ventilation, because it's going to be 42-story buildings. I don't like the idea of living next to a wall of buildings. I heard that they are going to try to match it to the other ugly building in the area (Citicorp) and if thats true, that's a drag because Citicorp is hideous and it's terrible for birds because they whack into it. I hope these aren't all glass because the birds can't see them.
3) I don't know much about the Alternate Plan, I'd like to know more about it.
4) I have a bad feeling about the waterfront being a mass of buildings.
