2) I'm optimistic...with the potential for new neighbors, but worried about progress of the development and how it is going to affect the area residents as it's happening.
3) Anyone who has an alternate plan should keep pursuing it. Whatever changes that could be made, if Queen West is willing to listen, then it's fine.
4) I would just like to see the waterfront to be finally used for the community. For over 150 years not one...resident has been able to step foot on it unless they crossed over a pothole and rat-infested weeds.
